Who we are

Sold With Financing is operated by CRS Property Solutions. We help homebuyers who can't get a conventional mortgage buy a home with owner financing in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland. This policy covers soldwithfinancing.com and the information you give us when you ask about buying a home.

Information we collect

• What you enter in our forms: your name, phone number, email, the state and city where you want to buy, your price range, your down payment range, your monthly income range, when you want to move and whether you agree to text messages.
• Communication records, including emails, texts and notes from calls.
• Technical information our hosting provider processes to serve the site, such as IP address, browser type and security logs.
• Unless you turn analytics off: the pages you visit, how you reached our site (the referring website and any campaign tags), how many times you've visited, and recordings of how you use the page through Microsoft Clarity. When you send a form, the record of how you found us is attached to it.

Please don't enter a Social Security number, ITIN, bank account number or other sensitive records into our forms. If your purchase moves forward, we'll collect what's needed through a secure process.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to you, find out whether the program fits, follow up on your request, work on a purchase with you, keep transaction records and protect our site. Analytics helps us understand which pages help buyers and where our forms are confusing.

Our analytics events do not include your name, phone number, email or form answers.

Who receives information

Service providers that help us run the site and respond to you process information on our behalf. These include our web host (GoDaddy), our form delivery service (Web3Forms), our email provider, our phone and text provider, Google and Microsoft. If a purchase moves forward, the title company or closing attorney, the loan servicer and other people involved in the transaction receive what they need to complete it.

We do not sell your information. Mobile information, text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share what's needed with providers that deliver messages for us, or when the law requires it.

Text messages

Text message consent on our forms is optional. Checking the box authorizes texts from Sold With Financing about your request. Consent is not a condition of buying a home through us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep inquiry and transaction records as long as we need them to respond to you, run our business, meet recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. The analytics choice and the record of how you found us expire from your browser after 180 days.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing info@soldwithfinancing.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may keep records we're required to keep.

Children, other websites and changes

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
